A REFLECTIVE EDITORIAL PRACTICEGive your loved ones something only you can give
Through guided conversation, careful editing, and thoughtful design, I help you turn personal words, photographs, and memories into letters and memory books to be read, held, and kept.
Two ways to begin
You may want someone to help you find and shape the words. Or you may prefer a thoughtful resource that lets you begin independently, in your own time.
With personal support
Through calm, guided conversations, I help you turn personal words, photographs, and memories into a personal letter or a carefully edited and designed memory book.
You bring the beginnings. I listen, shape, edit, and design the finished piece with you.
In your own time
Prefer to begin independently? Hay & Moon creates thoughtful guides for gathering memories, preserving stories, and finding the words that matter.
Begin with The Tender Archive, a printable guide you can use at home, at your own pace, to create a small personal archive for the people you love.
HOW I WORKYour words, carefully edited
With your permission, our project conversations are recorded. This allows me to listen fully while we talk and return to your precise words, expressions, and memories afterwards.
I select, organise, and carefully edit what you share, preserving the details that make the story recognisably yours while giving the finished letter or book clarity and shape.
This is not simply transcription. It is a collaborative editorial process, and you approve everything before it is finalised.

"Thank you so much for the beautiful letters and paper tissues 😉 I loved that the letters included QR codes, making it possible to hear my voice and listen to a meaningful song. Such a thoughtful and personal touch.
I’m so glad our paths crossed. You are a truly wonderful, warm and caring person. I hope to see you again soon so I can thank you properly in person.
With love 😘😘😘👍❤️"

A SMALL PLACE TO BEGINOne Thing I Want You to Know
A free five-minute reflection from Hay & Moon.
One prompt.
One page.
A quiet invitation to discover what matters most.
Perhaps it will become the beginning of a letter.
Or perhaps it will simply help you say one thing you do not want to leave unsaid.
