The package includes three online 60-minute working sessions over four to six weeks, allowing time to gather, reflect and make decisions between meetings.
Clarify who the archive is for, choose a manageable scope and identify the first pieces to gather.
Look through what has been gathered, decide which pieces carry meaning and begin recording the stories that may not be visible without explanation.
Group and label the chosen pieces, complete the cover note and index, and make a clear plan for storing, sharing or passing on the archive.
After each session you receive a brief written summary of what was decided, and one or two manageable next steps.
